Natina Edgar is the Senior Transitions & Integrations Lead at Diversify, where she oversees advisor onboarding, platform transitions, and operational integration across the firm. With more than 20 years of experience in financial services operations and compliance, she plays a key role in shaping firm‑wide processes and strengthening the advisor experience.

Natina has been instrumental in Diversify’s operational evolution, contributing to scalable systems, streamlined workflows, and a seamless transition environment for incoming advisors. Her background includes more than a decade within Diversify’s Operations team and earlier experience in regulatory oversight as a Compliance Assistant at OMNI Brokerage.

Her expertise spans advisor transitions, operational process design, cross‑functional coordination, compliance‑aligned workflow management, and integration strategy for growing advisory teams.
Natina holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Utah and her Series 7. She is an active member of Blood Cancer United, where she serves on the Executive Committee, and has contributed to multiple nonprofit initiatives, including charity golf tournaments and the Children’s Timor Foundation Shine a Light Walk.

Based in the Salt Lake City metropolitan area, Natina enjoys hiking, golfing, and reality TV, and brings a strong sense of purpose and service to every role she undertakes.
