Kyle Fraughton

Kyle Fraughton serves as Chief Growth Officer at Diversify, where he leads the firm’s growth strategy across advisor recruiting, organic growth, and strategic partnerships. With more than 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and business leader, Kyle brings a builder’s mindset to helping Diversify scale, strengthen its platform, and help advisors build and grow more successful businesses.

Prior to joining Diversify, Kyle served as CEO of Roster. His career has included executive leadership and entrepreneurial roles across enterprise and consumer software, financial services, and consumer electronics. Throughout his career, Kyle has built companies and go-to-market organizations from the ground up, led teams through periods of rapid growth and transformation, and helped build three companies that ultimately achieved successful acquisitions. His experience spans sales leadership, go-to-market strategy, partnerships, customer success, organizational development, and scaling high-growth businesses.

Kyle earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with an emphasis in marketing from Brigham Young University.

Outside of work, Kyle loves spending time with family and friends, usually somewhere outdoors. He enjoys wakesurfing, hiking, traveling, sports, and hunting down a great new restaurant. He’s always up for a new experience, especially when it involves good people, good food, or a little competition.
