Jina Horton

Jina Horton serves as Vice President of Business Development, where she plays a key role in advancing the firm’s growth by selectively recruiting high-quality advisors to the Diversify platform. Jina is known for her relationship-focused, solutions-oriented approach, taking the time to understand each advisor’s unique goals and business to ensure proper alignment. She partners closely with firm leadership, home office teams, and advisors across the Diversify network to ensure a thoughtful, seamless transition for advisors joining the firm. 

With more than 11 years of experience in the wealth management and financial services industry, Jina brings deep industry knowledge and a strong track record of supporting advisor growth. Prior to joining Diversify, she served as Vice President of Business Development at Orion Advisor Solutions, where she worked alongside some of the largest and fastest-growing firms in the industry to help drive strategic expansion. 

Throughout her career, Jina has built a reputation for dedication, execution, and trust—consistently delivering results by fostering meaningful relationships and providing tailored solutions.

Outside of work, Jina enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and toy poodles, as well as traveling and making frequent trips to Disney World.
