Broe Grasteit

Broe Grasteit serves as Chief Technology Officer at Diversify, where he leads the firm’s technology infrastructure, support and services strategy. In this role, he drives digital transformation initiatives, prioritizing infrastructure optimization that delivers secure and seamless digital experiences. With over 20 years of public and corporate accounting, business consulting, and technology leadership experience, Broe helps drive the firm's commitment to providing outstanding experiences for all users.

Prior to joining Diversify, Broe held senior leadership positions across a variety of industries, focusing on technology solutions that solve inefficient processes. He began his career at KPMG gaining valuable experience in audit and tax professional services, then transitioned to corporate accounting. During these years, he discovered a drive and passion for technology and its potential to meaningfully improve workflow and productivity. A career change in IT has resulted in many years of consulting and leadership experience where he is known for his relentless focus on leveraging technology to promote business success.

Broe earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Information Systems from W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.

Outside of work, Broe enjoys being outdoors, and is an avid reader with a passion for lifelong learning. He lives in Utah and is actively involved in service opportunities both locally and abroad, including participation in multiple humanitarian trips. In his community and church, he has served in leadership roles working closely with youth and their families.
