Managing Director - Advisor Solutions
Brayden Evans serves as Managing Director of Advisor Solutions at Diversify, where he helps lead the firm’s Advisor Solutions department with a primary focus on advisor retention, satisfaction, and experience. In this role, Brayden works closely with advisors and internal leadership to ensure Diversify delivers a consistently high-touch, operationally sound, and advisor-first experience across the platform. With nine years of experience at the firm, he plays a key role in shaping how advisors are supported, educated, and empowered to operate efficiently and grow with confidence.
Brayden has built his career at Diversify, progressing through roles including Operations Specialist, Events Coordinator, and Director of Operations. Throughout his tenure, he has been deeply involved in nearly every aspect of firm operations, from advisor onboarding and paperwork accuracy to custodian relationships, data management, workflow optimization, and customer service. He has led operational teams, overseen high-volume workflow systems, and ensured timely, precise execution across the platform. Brayden has also been instrumental in planning and executing Diversify’s National and Elite Advisor conferences, which have become a cornerstone of the firm’s advisor experience. He helped rebrand the National Conference into Altus, launched the RISE monthly educational meetings, and created the SPARK quarterly education series for independent advisors—initiatives that reflect his commitment to continuous advisor education and engagement.
Brayden attended Salt Lake Community College and holds the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) designation. He serves on Diversify’s Advisor Solutions Committee, Conference Committee, and Technology Committee, where he contributes to firm-wide initiatives focused on operational excellence, advisor experience, and platform innovation.
Outside of work, Brayden lives in Lehi, Utah with his wife, Mikaela, and their three children, Blakely, Beckham, and Scottie. He enjoys spending time outdoors, golfing, playing pickleball, working out, and boating. Brayden is actively involved in his local church and community. At his core, he believes every advisor deserves white-glove service, clear advocacy, and to be treated with the same care and respect he would expect himself. He is deeply committed to helping advisors achieve their goals with as little friction as possible—and to being a trusted advocate who helps carry the heavy, burdensome tasks so advisors can focus on what matters most.
