Brad Anderson

Brad Anderson serves as Chief of Staff at Diversify and Chief Executive Officer of DFPG Investments, LLC, the firm’s broker-dealer. In his role as Chief of Staff, he partners closely with executive leadership to drive strategic alignment, operational execution, and enterprise-wide initiatives that accelerate growth and strengthen infrastructure across the organization. With more than 15 years of experience spanning operations, technology, and compliance within financial services, Brad plays a central role in translating strategy into execution and amplifying leadership impact across the firm.

Brad’s career reflects steady progression across compliance and operational leadership roles within the financial services industry. Prior to joining Diversify, he served in compliance and supervisory positions at national firms including Fidelity Investments, where he developed deep expertise in regulatory oversight, operational controls, and risk management.

Since joining Diversify, Brad has helped guide the firm through meaningful growth by strengthening internal processes, enhancing enterprise systems, and fostering a culture of compliance grounded in accountability and long-term stewardship. He is known for disciplined leadership and a systems-oriented approach that supports sustainable expansion.

Brad holds a Master of Business Administration from Westminster College. He earned the Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional designation through Georgetown University and maintains FINRA Series 7, 9, 10, 14, 24, 52, 53, 63, 66, 79, and 99 securities registrations.

A United States Marine Corps veteran, Brad brings a leadership philosophy grounded in discipline, accountability, and service. Outside of work, he enjoys gardening and travel and values opportunities to explore new places and perspectives.
