Boyd Kezerian

Boyd Kezerian is the Chief Financial and Information Officer at Diversify, where he leads the financial, technology, and data strategy supporting the firm’s advisor‑first model. He oversees Finance, Data & Analytics, Technology, Business Intelligence, and M&A Integration—ensuring the systems and insights advisors rely on are efficient, scalable, and built for long-term success. With more than 15 years of experience driving enterprise transformation, Boyd focuses on enabling exceptional advisor productivity and creating a streamlined, modern operating environment.

Before joining Diversify, Boyd served in several executive roles, including CFO, Chief Supply Chain Officer, and Chief Transformation Officer. His background includes leading digital transformation, modernizing data ecosystems, and redesigning operating models to support rapidly scaling organizations. He brings deep experience in improving reporting accuracy, reducing operational costs, and building technology that meaningfully enhances the user experience.

Boyd earned both his MBA and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Utah.

Based in Utah, he enjoys snowboarding, woodworking, design, snowmobiling, fitness, and playing pickleball. He and his spouse are raising five children and enjoy being active in the community.
