Meg Peterson

Managing Director - Advisor Operations

Meg Peterson serves as Vice President of Operations at Diversify, where she leads the firm’s Home Office Operations, Integrated Operations, and Transitions teams. In this role, she is responsible for streamlining operational infrastructure, enhancing cross-team efficiency, and supporting the seamless onboarding and transition of advisors and practices. With nearly two decades of experience in the financial services industry, Meg plays a critical role in strengthening operational scalability and supporting Diversify’s long term growth strategy.

Prior to joining Diversify, Meg held a senior leadership position within a private wealth management group, where she oversaw operational functions and supported advisors through periods of growth and organizational change. Meg earned her degree from the University of Utah, where she studied Political Science and Sociology. Her academic background supports her people-first leadership style and her ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics within a regulated industry.

Outside of work, Meg enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters and embracing life with a very full household of animals, including dogs, cats, rabbits, chickens, ducks, and even a fancy mouse. She is passionate about music, family adventures, and hopes to one day operate her own animal rescue, reflecting her commitment to care, community, and stewardship both personally and professionally.
