Kevin Bendix

Chief Legal Officer

Kevin Bendix serves as Chief Legal Officer of Diversify Advisor Network, where he leads the firm’s legal strategy and supports the firm's strategic growth initiatives. In this role, he is responsible for safeguarding the firm’s long-term integrity while enabling strategic growth, advisor expansion, and platform innovation. Drawing on a background advising global enterprises in complex, high-stakes matters, Kevin brings institutional discipline and strategic clarity to Diversify’s executive leadership team.

Prior to joining Diversify, Kevin was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, the largest law firm in the world by revenue and profits. His practice focused on developing and executing large-scale defense strategies in complex business disputes, leading teams in matters involving billions of dollars in alleged damages. In addition to litigation leadership, he advised clients on contractual, licensing, and broader commercial legal strategy. Kevin represented industry-leading technology companies including Intel, Cisco, Samsung, and Lenovo, and served as a specialist advisor on transactions for several of the country’s leading private equity firms and their portfolio companies, including those in financial services. Kevin also served as a lecturer at UCLA School of Law, where he designed and taught an advanced skills-based course focused on managing federal district court proceedings from inception through resolution.

Kevin holds a Juris Doctor from UC Berkeley School of Law and a Bachelor of Science from UC San Diego. He maintains FINRA Series 7, 63, and 66 securities registrations.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Kevin enjoys golfing, hiking, and spending time with his wife and their three daughters.
