Dave Laga

Dave Laga is a co-founder of Diversify and serves as President, where he oversees the execution of the firm’s strategic initiatives and overall business operations. Dave also serves as Chief Financial Officer of DFPG Investments, Diversify’s affiliated broker-dealer, where he provides financial oversight and regulatory leadership to support the firm’s continued growth and compliance. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Dave has built a strong reputation for his expertise in alternative investment due diligence and operational leadership.

Prior to joining Diversify, Dave was Chief Operating Officer at FR Risk Management, a division of FactRight, LLC, where he led the development and expansion of its outsourced due diligence platform. Earlier in his career, he served as Director of Due Diligence at Orchard Securities, playing a key role in coordinating, structuring, and overseeing the due diligence process for managed alternative investment offerings.

Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Utah. He maintains multiple securities registrations, including Series 7, 24, 27, 51, 63, 65, and 99.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Dave enjoys trail running, traveling, and spending time with his family.
