Patrick Eng

Patrick Eng has been with Perspective Financial Services since 2006 and has worked in the financial services industry since the late 1980s. Initially, his career centered on trading fixed-income securities and foreign-currency derivatives. He held positions with ABL Wealth Management in Scottsdale, Citigroup/Smith Barney in Phoenix, and The Bank of New York and ING Groep NV in New York.

Since 2000, Patrick has focused on developing a financial consulting practice aimed at helping individuals and families with their financial planning and investment needs.

To be at his peak each day, Patrick likes to get an early start.

“I love waking up early, every day, whether it’s Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday. Here in Arizona, the best time of day for me is five or six in the morning, especially in the summer. Because even though it gets blazing hot during the day, it’s absolutely gorgeous at five or six,” he said. “I get out for morning walks or just take time to sit and read. That time of day for me is when I think most clearly and have great ideas. That’s when my brain is functioning at its best.”
