Lauren Parente Stapleton is Wealth Advisor at Diversify. Working alongside her father, Bill Parente, Lauren brings a multi-generational perspective to wealth management, with an emphasis on building trusted, long-term relationships with clients and their families.

Lauren believes financial planning should bring clarity, not complexity. She enjoys helping clients understand what matters most, make informed decisions, and feel confident about their financial future. With a natural affinity for numbers and problem-solving, Lauren specializes in retirement planning, tax strategies, investment management, and company stock plans. She recognizes that every client’s circumstances, priorities, and goals are different and takes a personalized approach to developing strategies tailored to each client.

Lauren earned her degree in Business Administration from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Economics. She began her career at Apple, where she held several roles, including working in Acquisitions and leading a team within Retail Store Strategies Finance. She later pursued startups in the technology and consumer services industries alongside other former Apple employees before transitioning to wealth management and partnering with her father.

Lauren’s experience across finance, technology, entrepreneurship, and wealth management gives her a practical perspective on the financial decisions individuals and families face throughout different stages of life and their careers. She chose to become an advisor because she genuinely enjoys helping people, solving problems, and continuously learning.

Lauren lives in Santa Rosa with her husband, Sean, their three daughters, and their dogs. A former soccer player, she enjoys staying active through pilates, tennis, running, and golf. She is also involved with local organizations focused on child development and women’s health.
