All investment strategies have the potential for profit or loss. Asset allocation and diversification will not necessarily improve an investor's returns and cannot eliminate the risk of investment losses. Target allocations can deviate at any given time due to market conditions and other factors. There can be no guarantee that an investment or strategy will be suitable or profitable for an investor's portfolio. Different types of investments involve higher and lower levels of risk.

Diversify does not offer tax or legal advice. Investors are encouraged to discuss any recommendations made during income tax and estate planning with their tax and legal advisors prior to implementing recommendations. Insurance products and services are offered by unaffiliated third parties. Clients are not obligated to implement services recommended. Diversify is not a bank or a lending institution and cannot provide funding or coordinate a loan on behalf of business partners. Diversify can work with your chosen financial institution regarding the process and can assist in the process as it relates to the overall financial strategy. Diversify offers services to single family offices that are typically not required to be registered. Investors can review Diversify’s service offering, conflicts of interest and other information about the firm by visiting this link here. Our advisors will discuss your rollover options, analyze costs and fees, and provide a recommendation for rolling over your 401(k) in compliance with the DOL's PTE 2020-02. Once a financial plan has been completed, clients are under no obligation to implement any products and services with Diversify as recommended by the plan. A financial conflict of interest exists when a financial plan is created and recommends additional products and services offer by the adviser. Adviser is incentivized to recommend products and services in which they are paid additional compensation over and above a financial plan. For further descriptions of the conflicts of interest and how Diversify mitigates them, please refer to the firm's ADV Part 2A, Disclosure Brochure or by clicking here.
