Gary Warnica, Jr.

Gary Warnica Jr is a Diversify Wealth Manager who finds himself in his second professional career. He became an advisor in 2018 after receiving life-changing financial advice to retire from his first career as an aerospace engineer.

In 1989, Gary graduated from Arizona State University with an Engineering degree and began working in aerospace at Honeywell. Gary spent 31 years at Honeywell in various engineering and leadership roles that enabled him to work on several high-profile NASA projects such as the International Space Station, Space Shuttle and the Orion spacecraft. The financial advice and plan he received was so significant that it fuels his new passion to help others feel a similar sense of liberation from corporate America and confidence in their finances. Gary retired from Honeywell in 2020 to pursue his new passion of helping clients develop their own financial “path to freedom.”

Gary uses his engineering mindset to problem-solve and “design” custom financial solutions that are unique to each individual family. Financial fundamentals may apply generally, but every family requires a custom design, according to Gary. 

His financial registrations include the FINRA Series 6, 63, 65 and 7, as well as state Life and Health. He received his Certified Exit Planning Advisor, CEPA® certification in 2024 and uses it to help small business owners generate financial plans that include transition out of the business.

Apart from his professional responsibilities, Gary enjoys several outdoor athletic activities such as running, cycling, hunting, and archery. He has three adult daughters, two of which now have children of their own. With three grandchildren, Gary enjoys his role as G-Pa more than ever.
