FPA President

Diversify co-founder and CEO, Dan Luke, is the 2018 President of the Utah Chapter of the FPA. Jenie Connors, senior advisor at Diversify, sits on the Board of Directors for the Utah Chapter and is the 2018 President Elect. Diversify is committed to making a difference in the financial services industry as we seek improve the quality of advice, standards and service that financial professionals provide to investors.

Investment News 40 Under 40
In 2014, Diversify’s president and co-founder Ryan Smith was selected as one of the nation’s top finance and investment professionals by the highly esteemed InvestmentNews. Ryan was one of eight nominees to be recognized for his entrepreneurial accomplishments.
Utah Business Magazine Article
In the October 2014 issue of Utah Business Magazine, Diversify was featured in an article entitled “How Diversify is Making a Difference”. The article highlights the evolution of Diversify and some of the key factors that differentiate Diversify from other investment firms.
2017 ADISA President’s Award
Diversify founders Ryan Smith and Dan Luke co-own DFPG Investments, LLC, an investment broker dealer and investment advisor firm that provides the alternative investment platform available to clients of Diversify. ADISA is a national trade association of 30,000 professionals involved in alternative investments. In 2017, DFPG Investments, LLC was awarded the President’s Award, which is “given to an individual or organization that has made outstanding contributions in their chosen field, in service in local, state or national affairs, or in support of the advancement of continued excellence of ADISA”
Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional (CRCP®)
In 2014, Ryan Smith was one of only three recipients in the country to receive a scholarship into the FINRA Institute at Wharton’s prestigious Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional (CRCP) program. This program, provided by the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, provides word-class training and education regarding securities law, regulation and compliance. The CRCP designation is considered one of the highest compliance designations for financial services professionals.

Utah Business Forty Under 40
Ryan Smith, co-founder and President at Diversify, was featured in Utah Business Magazine as a recipient of the 2013 Utah Top Forty Under 40 Award, which recognizes the top executives in the state of Utah under the age of 40 and who have had a significant impact in Utah’s economy.
